Osaka Prefectural Flower Culture Garden is a comprehensive flower exhibition facility located in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture. 堺市都市緑化センターは花と緑あふれるまちづくりをめざして、子どもからお年寄りまでが体験、花と緑の知識を得ることができる施設です。昭和61年4月の開設で、30周年を迎える歴史のある植物園です。近くには世界文化遺産に登録されている仁徳天皇陵古墳や履中天皇陵古墳などがあり寄り道するのも良いですね。

The Rose Garden is located in Nakanoshima Park, which is surrounded by Tosabori River and Dojima River. About 4,000 roses color the park and the best viewing time is from early May to early June, and from late October to mid November. The best viewing time is from mid March to mid April. The main attraction is the "Momoyama Slope", where peach trees are planted and it looks as if the trees are climbing up the mountain.
