Osaka City Naniwa Botanical Garden is a botanical garden located in the northern part of Osaka City, exhibiting a variety of plants and flowers across its expansive grounds. Within the botanical garden, there are also spaces where you can feel nature, such as a forest path where you can enjoy the autumn leaves, and a lakeside plaza where you can enjoy the scenery of the lake. Regularly, the botanical garden hosts events themed around plants, so it is a place where both children and adults can enjoy. Admission is 200 yen, and the opening hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Sakuyako no Hanakan

Sakuyako no Hanakan, located in Tsurumi Ryokuchi Park in Osaka City, is Japan's largest greenhouse, where plants from various climate zones on Earth, from tropical to arid, high-altitude, and polar regions, are cultivated and displayed. It exhibits about 5,500 species and 15,000 plants. You can also enjoy seasonal flowers in the adjacent Tsurumi Ryokuchi Park.

Osaka Prefectural Flower Culture Garden is a comprehensive flower exhibition facility located in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture. The flower culture garden is equipped with facilities for cultivating flowers all over Japan, and offers experiences such as flower harvesting and flower cultivation. There are also natural and lush gardens within the garden, where you can enjoy flowers in full bloom.
The garden, which boasts three times the size of Kōshi-en, has walking paths and, at the entrance gate, a large flower bed decorated with seasonal flowers such as roses, peonies, plums, and hydrangeas. The pyramid-shaped "Greenhouse" modeled after a flower bud has an impressive collection of approximately 480 species and 5,300 plants, including Western perennials and tropical flowers and rare plants from around the world.

堺市都市緑化センターは花と緑あふれるまちづくりをめざして、子どもからお年寄りまでが体験、花と緑の知識を得ることができる施設です。昭和61年4月の開設で、30周年を迎える歴史のある植物園です。近くには世界文化遺産に登録されている仁徳天皇陵古墳や履中天皇陵古墳などがあり寄り道するのも良いですね。

The Sakai City Urban Greening Center is a facility where people of all ages can experience and learn about flowers and greenery to promote a town full of flowers and greenery. It is a botanical garden with a history of 30 years since its opening in April 1986. The May Mountain Green City Botanical Garden was founded in 1964, making it the first rotating iris garden in Kansai. On a site of approximately 1.3 hectares, about 13,000 iris plants of about 250 varieties bloom brightly. About 4,000 roses color the park and the best viewing time is from early May to early June, and from late October to mid November. Opened in March 1999, Osaka Castle Momoyama Garden in Osaka Castle Park has the largest number of peach trees in Osaka with about 200 trees of 12 varieties. The best viewing time is from mid March to mid April. The main attraction is the "Momoyama Slope", where peach trees are planted and it looks as if the trees are climbing up the mountain.
